Not long ago I wrote about my latest triaxial weaving that I did over a weekend to relax. It came out well though not the best ribbon for the purpose. (You can read about it here.) I wanted to try it out in cards sooner than later. So again while discouraged with this warp that is still sitting on my loom hoping someday someone will come and sort out its troubles, I set about to try my hand at a fancier card with them.
I made a double window and used some glittery paper. I loved the blue one that I did first and tried to replicate it with the second one. It isn’t as perfect as the first but the colors do pop for me. I have learned a lot in the process of these cards and love making them.
